Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (solviantechnologies.com) or engaging Solvian Technologies for custom digital development, consulting, or modernization services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or legal entity, you represent that you hold the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
Scope of Services
Solvian Technologies delivers specialized software engineering services tailored to exact client operational requirements, including:
- Digital Products: Scalable SaaS applications, custom web platforms, portals, and dashboards.
- Mobile Applications: Native iOS, Android, and cross-platform mobile products.
- Custom Business Software: Bespoke ERPs, CRM workflows, internal tools, and system integrations.
- AI-Powered Solutions: Document processing intelligence, workflow automation, and custom AI assistants with human oversight.
- Legacy Modernization: System migrations, performance optimizations, UI/UX overhauls, and code refactoring.
Intellectual Property & 100% Code Ownership
We believe that when a client pays for bespoke software, they should own it entirely:
- Complete Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment for contracted milestones, all custom-written source code, database architectures, user interface assets, configurations, and project deliverables belong 100% to the client.
- No Vendor Lock-In: We build all systems with clean, documented code and industry-standard architectures, allowing your internal team or future partners to maintain and scale the application without restrictions.
- Solvian Background IP: Solvian retains ownership of generic developer libraries, boilerplates, and pre-existing frameworks utilized to accelerate development. Clients are granted a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such elements within their delivered product.
Project Statements of Work (SOW)
All commercial engagements are executed under a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal defining:
- Specific technical deliverables and product features.
- Milestone-based timeline estimates and sprint cadences.
- Acceptance criteria and testing protocols for each release phase.
- Formal change request procedures for adjustments to original project scope.
Payment Terms & Invoicing
Payment structures are tied directly to tangible progress and verified milestone deliverables:
| Phase | Typical Payment Trigger | Deliverable Milestone |
|---|---|---|
| Initial Sprint | Project kickoff deposit | Architecture plan & sprint roadmap |
| Milestone Stages | Staging environment demo approval | Working module deployments |
| Final Release | Production handover | Full source repository transfer & launch |
Client Collaboration & Obligations
Successful specialized engineering requires cooperative partnership. Clients agree to:
- Provide timely feedback, specifications, and sign-offs during sprint review intervals.
- Grant necessary third-party API credentials, sandbox keys, or staging assets in a timely manner.
- Designate a primary product owner or point of contact for project decisions.
Quality Warranty & Post-Launch Support
We take immense pride in our engineering craftsmanship:
Solvian Technologies provides a 30-day post-launch warranty on all custom deliverables. Any bugs or regressions deviating from the approved SOW specifications will be resolved by our engineering team at zero additional cost.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat all business concepts, user data, customer databases, technical architectures, and financial agreements as strictly confidential. Neither party will disclose proprietary materials without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from project execution or third-party platform outages (such as cloud provider downtime or external API disruptions).
Termination
Either party may terminate an active SOW with 14 days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination, and Solvian will deliver all corresponding work-in-progress code and assets.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any disagreement, both parties agree to first seek an amicable, good-faith resolution through direct executive consultation.
